HO-10 oddball behavior

Hi, fellow greenies,

Have an ho-10 I recently went through. Recapped the HV and also changed
the 2mF cap in the horizontal gain line.

On powerup, she acts as there's no horizontal gain control at all; no
effect.

After a 10-minute warmup, all appears to be fine.

Is there something I should look for?
