HW-101 FINALS??

I put 6146Bs in my HW-101 for approx 4 or 5 years and been very pleased
with them, I can get up to 120 W out on 80 M and about 90 W on 10M. I
never run the power over 100 W and simply crank the MIC/CW level down to
the power I want to run. I did neutralize them using the method in the
Heath Service Bulletin, where you disconnect the screen and final voltage.
It should be noted, I first neutralized them per the manual (max output,
min plate current) then compared the results by doing it by the service
bulletin. I highly recommend anyone replacing the finals use the method in
the Heath service bulletin, you get a lot deeper neutralization.
