DX-100 for $35.00?

Hello Heathkit nuts -

I have a chance to pick up a DX-100 in "unknown", i.e., sight unseen
condition for $35.00.  I understand that it is a complete unit, and not in
parts - though I don't know if it works (hi).  It's part of an estate sale,
no guarantees, etc.

Do you think that is a fair price?  Even if I have to part it out...I would
think that it would be worth at least that much.  What do you think?
