Web Page, New Heathkit WWWBoard on web page

With the holiday, I have not had much time to work on the web page, but I
did put up a new Heathkit WWWBoard.

If anyone is still having problems with the page, please let me know.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 users have had a few problems, that I
think I have now fixed.
