Just kidding. Seriously though, you probably have a microphonic tube.
It could be either of the tubes in the a.f. chain after the detector.

Best way to check is to swap them out! OR you could try disconnecting
the path one stage at a time until you see where it stops.

Power output a.f. tubes can cause this. I have seen it with 6V6 and
6L6 tubes, anyway!
