Apache tech question

Hi, guys...

Okay...here's one for the techies:

I've got a fairly clean and unmodified Apache. With known good tubes,
here's what she does:

Power out on a Bird into a dummy load is appx. 30W on 80M with no
loading at about 100mA dip. Advancing the loading does nil, in fact
reduces output about 5W.

Voltages all seem to be there, but should I suspect the PA screen
voltage? I have plenty of grid drive, so that's not it.
