Need Parts

Dear Heathkit Fans,

Does anybody have the following parts:

442-623 and 442-647

I need them for a 2 meter synthesized heathkit rig. The manual says
that I can cross them to:

CA3130S and CD4046 respectively.

Does anybody have these or any leads?
