Power Supply Problem

I've got a problem with the HP-23B power supply I use with my HW-101.
Any advice from listees much appreciated.

Symptom:
Circuit breaker opens after about 1 minute of operation.  If I reset, it
operates for about another minute, then opens again.

Approach:
First I suspected the old breaker, so I replaced with a 3-amp fuse.  Fuse
blows in  about 30 seconds.

Background:
I am nearly certain its not a short in the HW-101, as it has recently been
run on another supply with no problem.

What are the suspect components?  Are items such as the transformer and the
filter caps still available?

Also, the only manual I have is for a PS-23.  My supply is an HP-23B.  What
are the differences, and can I use the manual I have to troubleshoot my
supply?
