Heath Organ

Could anyone help me locate a source for flip-flops used in a Heathkit
organ's tone generators?  The are part numbers 247-1687 and 247-1688.  The
markings on the parts are, I believe, house numbers 343-5005 and 339-5007.
They are 6 pin IC's.  I tried the people who advertise Heath parts with no
luck.

Help!!!!
