Need DX100 parts

Hello and thanks for reading.  I have a DX100 that  "United Parcel
Smashers" couldn't handle with care.  Anyone parting out one?
My needs are a decent front panel, one of the 1625 tube sockets, and one of
the small gray knobs.  That's all for now but further investigation may
reveal other damage.  A cabinet would be nice however I think I can
straighten this one. Any help will be appreciated.
 Also looking for  19" rack cabinet with 10 1/2"  panel opening for another
