Help with SW-717

I have an SW-717 which suffers from oscillation on the high end of
the "D" band: Bill Wilkinson's troubleshooting page sggests replacing
C24 as a cure for this problem. If someone could tell me the value of
C24, what type of capacitor it is, and where it is located on the
circuit board, I'd sure appreciate it.
