Frequency Counter IB-1101

Hi Gang!  I picked up an IB-1101 Frequency Counter the other day. Could
someone tell me if this model is the factory assembled version of the
IB-101. The date code of all the IC's is 1971. If someone has a 1971 catalog
it should show this model.
