Looking for ID-4001 MCU Chip

A friend has an ID-4001 Weather Station with a dead processor chip.

Anybody have or know of a replacement?

Anybody able to burn an EPROM version of the MPU (if so, who's got the
binary!)?

Original chip is a Mostek MK3870 with a masked ROM.

Original Heath part #444-23.
