Help w/IM-103 line voltage monitor

Hello all,

    I acquired a non working IM-103 line voltage monitor, and basically have it working.  However, I have no schematic and need to know a couple of resistor values, tolerances, etc., also how to calibrate or adjust it.  I've discovered that this little circuit is more complicated than it first appeared.
