Clearly one needs QRO to reach Alpha Centauri with a signal in any reasonable
length of time.  After all, everyone knows that, according to Dr. Einstein, if
one watt takes 186,000 years to go one light year, then it surely follows that
186,000 watts would arrive there instantaneously.
