Re HW-8

Here is a little trick for the HW-8 owners!

Place a small piece of white paper behind the S-meter, enough to
completely cover the back of it.  Use the existing pins that hold the
meter in place to hold the paper in place.   The paper will brighten up
the meter display to match the whiteness of the tuning dial, thus making
the meter alot easier to read!
