Heath GH-17 Soldering Iron

Fellow Greenies,

Here's the specs for the iron tips that have been a recent thread:

There were three tips available.  They were all  6V,  25W (nominal) and
had either a 3/16" chisel, 3/16" pyramid or 1/4" chisel tip.  The iron
itself had three output levels of  4.5V, 5.5V or 6.5V for Low, Med or HI
temp.  The tips have a 1/4" x 20 thread as I recall, and I will verify
that if necessary.  There is a chance that someone monitoring the list
can make new tips!  Stand by for more on this.  Either he or I will post
info when available.
