IOA-4510-1 scope calibrator question

I have a IOA-4510-1 calibrator. I have a partial manual. I need to make
a connection cable, but I dont know how long it was supposed to be. I
guess its important since the capacitance is probably part of the output
stage. I know its 93 ohm cable, so maybe I can find some. Thanks for any
help or advice.
