Wal Mart Pain Saga

Many thanks to the many who replied to my post about the Evergreen Wal
Mart paint.

I e-mailed all the messages to their HQ in AR, along with a succinct
update of my ongoing difficulty getting anyone at the local store to do
anything, and within an hour I had a call from the local store manager,
who said that if I would come by the service desk there would be five
cans waiting, at no charge, along with a $10.00 merchandise
certificate. This is the same guy who had told me only a couple hours
before that it had been discontinued. I know he got that from the paint
dept. mgr., who had told me the same thing last week! And the dept.
mgr.'s comment was based on, as he put it, his opinion that "...if it
ain't in the store, we ain't got it."

Again, thanks to all who responded. It obviously got some action in
Arkansas.

To the gent in Burlington who says his store doesn't have it either, I'd
suggest you look up Wal Mart's e-mail address and fire off a rocket
about it. I think your paint will show up pretty fast.

73,

Keith
