WTD: 400Hz CW Filter

Hi group!

    Got new SB-101 to put operational, and need the following:

FL-2 [400hz CW Filter].

the SB-101 ident plate that sits in front dail assy [this is long shot].


    Could pull FL2 from other 101, but would like to have both
operational and being used on CW.  Please advise cost or ?
