Heath DF1 and DF2 direction finding receivers

Hi folks

Just bought a DF1 with antenna and a DF2 without antenna at the NE Division
ARRL Convention.

The antenna on the DF1 seems to have no continuity and the sensitivity control
needs replacing. This radio looks like it may have been factory built.

The DF2 looks like the wiring job was done with a torch, all manner of melted
insulation.

First, would like to get manuals for each and so if anyone has any or can let
me make copies please let me know.

Item 2 does anyone have a DF2 antenna ?

Item 3 , when were these things made, and what did they sell for ?
