Uncompleted kit.  Model IT-7410. Circuit board completely assembled with
excellant soldering.  Case and label, wire. shielded cable, Like new
instruction manual, expanded schematic and illustrated pictorial booklet.
 There are no IC's here.  Appears to be able to make a complete unit or
replace your damaged board. Construction stopped at end of wiring board.
Worth a gamble?  $23 shipped.
