Never heard of a 5 kV electrolytic in any value.

I take it you mean micro by m (uF), and not milli- (1000 micro...)

For whatever reason you need an electrolytic at that voltage, you'll need to
construct one from lower voltage parts in series, accounting for the
division of capacitance due to series wiring (like 20 x 1 uF @ 250 VDC).
Using that many in series will result in a poor quality capacitance, lots of
parasitic resistance and inductance will be present.

On the other hand, there are probably ceramic or industrial plastic film
options for a single, (non-electrolytic) part solution.
