Small Parts Needed

Hello,
    In attempting to revive/restore several Heath SB series rigs, I have
found several parts that I need for almost every radio.  Does anyone have
or know of a source for new, excellent condition or NOS parts listed below?


1.  8-32 Oval head screws that hold the lid closed on the SB-102, 300, 400
radios.                These have a special undercut head.
2.  Rubber feet for the same radios.  That are an exact match for the
originals.
3.  Replacement bulbs for the meter and tuning dial backlights.
4.  2-Pin male microphone connectors for the SB-102, SB-401.

Also Needed:
1.  AM filter for an SB-300.
2.  Original manual for an SB-401.
3.  HDP-21A Desk Microphone or two.
4.  SB-630 Station Console
