I agree, if the counter oscillator radiates enough to beat with WWV. If
not, beat a signal generator with WWV while measuring it's frequency with
the counter.Adjust the counter frequency warp for the frequency of WWV
while zero beat. I also recommend you use a receiver with a "S" meter as
you can slow down the beat on the "S" meter when the beat gets too low to
hear. This is the way we did it in the calibration lab at Douglas
