Looking for manual for IM-2260 VOM

GentleGreenies;

I am looking for a manual, schematic, or a copy of same to
troubleshhot an IM-226 VOM.  This is a late model (Blue case)
VOM - all solid state.  Any help would be appreciated.
Copying costs will be reimbursed.
