Heath IO-4530

Hello Greenfellows.

I recently acquired an IO-4530 scope.  Physically, it looks great inside and
out, but when I turn it on I don't see any trace.

Questions:

1.  Does anyone know the specs on this scope?
2.  Is it a nice enough scope to consider troubleshooting?
3.  Assuming answer to #2 is yes, does anyone have a manual for this that I
could beg, borrow, or steal?
