SB200 - No HV

I have encountered two SB-200's with these symptoms.  One had an intermittent
meter switch and the other had bad dropping resistors for HV measurement.
(Never had any bad diodes.)  So check the DC voltage with another good HV
meter, as you may not have bad diodes after all.
