HW-9 Tx problems

Hello All,

Any ideas on this problem???  My HW-9 It was working just fine. I've
always watched the swr so the finals were never treated bad. I was
sending and (1:1 match) and the output drained to zero. I let the rig
cool off and tried it again. When I key down it has full output for a
few seconds and goes back to zero. Finals going bad?? Have you seen
this problem??
