HW-101 oscillation problem--HELP

Hi Gang

I have acquired an HW-101 I am trying to get into operating shape and
have come upon a problem I cannot solve.  When I key mic tube V1 goes
into oscillation. I have changed tube V1 to a 6CQ8 and also paralleled a
.005 capacitor  to C3 with little success.  All voltages around tube
check OK.  Any suggestions from the Heath experts out there.  I need a
little guidiance on this one as I am a make shift tech here.
