FS: SB-300 Receiver

This receiver is from an estate and fairly clean.  I plugged it in when I
got it home and it wirked just fine.  Then I removed all the tubes, took it
out of the cabinet and cleaned it up.  Replaced all and now it does NOT
work.  No time to mess with it.
