Need Apache/Mohawk Knob ("Pewter")

Heath Fans:
    I'm now the proud owner of an Apache to go with my Mohawk.  It bears one lonely chrome knob, which should be the "pewter" kind.  This is the smaller knob used in the Meter/Tuning/Drive, etc.  I would gladly trade the chrome one for a pewter, or purchase the correct pewter knob outright.  Thanks for any leads!
