  I finally found a manual fo the im-13 vtvm
i found it at MANULS PLUS in Tooele,Utah
a small town west of Salt Lake City
they are located in an old army warehouse
i have never seen so many manuals
the manager said they still have pallets of manuals
the havent cataloged yet,
they sell nothing but original manuals
there phone is 435-882-7188
hours 8:30am to 4:00pm mountain time monday-friday
