Thank you VERY MUCH for this news.  I don't think I would have been able to
get back into Ham Radio if not for the fortunate happenstance that I lived
just a short way from Radio-TV Lab when I lived in the City of Chicago.

Will scrape up some bucks somewhere and pay a final visit.
