hw16 again

Thanx for the info on the VFO. I was wondering if there was
a set of instructions for tuning the radio? What little I know
about tubes tells me that they have to be tuned for grid and
plate currents. I haven't a clue as how to do this. Any help ?

Another thing I have a problem with. The Frq dial in the
transmitter is 15 Kilohertz off. I see a potentiometer next
to the freq dial, but I don't know if it's used to put the
unit on frequency. Am I correct in this assumption ?

PS I will be ordering the manuals next week, so the stupid
questions will come to an abrupt end.
