HW-101, lower power with CW Filter

About a month ago someone reported a problem with their HW101 which I have
also experienced; that the output power is reduced when transmitting with the
CW Filter engaged.

One of the suggested solutions was to replace R202 with bare wire.  I went
looking for R202 in my rig, which was produced in 1979, but could not find it
in the rig or on the schematic.

Did Heathkit delete this component in later versions of the HW101 or am I just
going blind?
