RG-62 interconnect cables for SB301/303 and 401

The 301 is restored and 401 is in process.(and lookin' new too!) The
manual states 2ft cable lenghts of RG62A 'as supplied'. Perhaps they were
worried about phasing or delay when in the 'tranceive mode'? When the TX is
up will have to do the numbers on said delay/phasing then try the TX/RX
with different, but matched, lengths of cable.
