Looking for heathkit parts cross list.

I'm trying to find some way to cross a part.  My manual shows one part
the schematic another and I want to replace the part and make sure it is
correct.
The part in the manual calls out for a 417-172.  The part in the new
schematic
calls out for 417-293 and a 2N5770 is in the circuit.
I need to make sure that is correct.
