WTB-D104 Mike

Hi Gang,

I am looking for a nice, working D-104 microphone. I'm not much of an
expert on these mics but if there are varieties, what I want is
chrome-plated, Hi Z with a push-to-talk switch and without an internal
amplifier.  I will consider other variations.
