I do not have this item, but I suggest sending a similar inquiry to

HEATH at LISTSERV.TEMPE.GOV

This is a Heath collector's email reflector with about 500 subscribers.
I don't think you need be a subscriber to email to it. If you do,
you'll  get a bounce message telling you how to subscribe.

Someone out there should have a copy for you.
