need VF-1 Switch

I need a replacement switch for the off/standby/ on control.
Obviously it is a three position wafer switch.
the sequence is pretty simple:
#1 Position (full CCW) No contacts needed
#2 Position (middle) 1 contact to common
#3 Position (Full CW) previous (#2) and next contact to common.
In other words in position 3, both one and two are connected to the common.
Threaded shaft needs to be about 1/2" long.
