IF parts for SB-610, 620, 6xx etc.

I can't promise anything, but if someone will send me a list of the
required parts for each IF freq., I will see if I can produce any
modulation (intelligence) on these parts that may help people wind their
own in the absence of a source for unavailable ones. Perhaps there is a
more viable solution than holding one's breath waiting for someone else
to dig them up somewhere. That can only happen so many times.
