Line Cord Wiring Doesn't Meet UL and CSA Requirements

In manual [PN 595-3189], page 19 and Pictorial 2-2, the line cord wiring
instructions and pictorial are incorrect. When the line cord is wired as
shown, the fuse will be in the ground [cold] side of the power line. UL
and CSA requie the fuse to be in the hot side of the line. In the units
received for service, check the wiring of the line cord. As shown in the
drawing below, the correct line cord wiring is the ribbed lead connected
to TS1, lug5, and the smothe lead to TS1, lug 4.

The [PN 412-633] LED at D101 may have the cathode lead marked with a dot
or a flat side on the case. The cathode lead is the short lead on the
LED.

        C101, C102 and C103 Changed From .005 uF Capacitors
                           to .0047 uF Capacitors

The .005 uF, 1.4 kV capacitors [PN 21-72] at C101, C102 and C103 are
changed to .0047 uF, 1.4 kV capacitors [PN 21-821]. This change was made
to consolidate parts. Either capacitor will work equally well in the
circuit. Heath Parts Replacement stocks both capacitors, so order a
replacement capacitor using the part number of the capacitor being
replaced.

PN 142-711 Mast Mounting Hardware NLA

The PN 142-711 mast mounting hardware is no longer available from our
vendor. In new production kits, the following changes are made:

Remote Chassis: from PN 200-1474 to PN 200-1562.
Set of Mast Mounting Parts: form PN 142-711 to PN
305-128.

The new hardware has a 2" wide U-bolt, which is 1/4" wider than the old
one. The new outer and inner plates and the new remote chassis have hole
spacings to match the new U-bolt.

When a replacement U-bolt, outer plate, or inner plate is needed to mount
the older remote chassis to the mast, use the new hardware. To do this,
use a 1/4" round file to widen the mounting holes in the remote chassis
to accept the 2" wide U-bolt.
