Coil slug lubricant

Hi gang, I use a substance called " Permatex Dielectric Grease" to lube the
slug with exellent results. The stuff is made for for coating the inside of
distributor caps to stop arching. It is available in all auto parts outlets
and is  a silicone based grease that looks much like the heat sink grease
Heath used to supply in those tiny bubble packs for ....dare I say
it.....transistors. After application, slugs work as smooth as a baby's
bottom, with no more partial seizures and subsequent releases.
