SB-102 transmitter question

It sounds like to me the 6EA8 in V1, I have seen this problem on a number
of HW-101 and SB100 series rigs. Heath had a fix of bypassing (see the
tech notes), however on my HW-101 after years of periodically replacing a
oscillating 6EA8 with a new 6EA8. I found a 6CQ8 in place of V1 cured the
problem, and in addition provided a lot more audio drive (weak audio from
the rigs was always a problem).
