HW 16 CHASSIS

Finally got around to looking at a HW 16 purchased last summer.
I knew the chassis  was rusty. Well its real bad after a closer
exam last nite.
I may just strip everything from it and replace it if I could find
someone with a junker chasis lying around with no/little rust.
Don't need any components.
If you have one lying around pse advise cost , guess if you had
another junker would consider that.
