D104 Crystal Mike Elements

Hi Gang,
Does anyone know where one can get NEW parts for the D104 Mike??
Specifically the crystal mike element and possibly the special screws that
hold together the mike head.
The mike is in current production so those parts ought not to be rare but I
need a source.
Any help would be appreciated.
