I have obtained an old Heathkit oscilloscope and want to find a manual
for it. It has no model number anywhere on the front panel, case or on
either of the two circuit boards. It is simply labeled "Heathkit
Laboratory Oscilloscope". The carrying handle is labeled "Heathkit
Precision". Electronically, it has 10 tubes plus the 5" CRT. The
horizontal frequency goes from 10 KC to 500KC in six steps plus line and
ext. The unit is 15.5" X 8.5" X 13.25" tall. It may be an O-12,
although I understand that the O-12 has an internal fan which my scope
doen't have. Any help in identifying this old o-scope (as well as
suggesting a manual source) will be greatly appreciated. Also, does
anyone on the list know of a source of the "crinkly" gray paint used on
the case?
