Wanted: ET-3400 parts

I picked up a beat-up ET-3400 microprocessor trainer a while back, and
thanks to somebody on this list, I now have a manual.  I've been able to
restore it except for a couple of parts: the ROM monitor and the "1" key.
I don't hold out much hope of finding a "1" key, but if somebody can make
a copy of their ROM monitor, I'd appreciate it.  Short of that, a hex dump
of the ROM image would help, and short of that, a pointer to a 6800
assembler and the part number for the ROM would also help.
