Possible SCAM

Bryan et al,

I know that wiring money is nothing new, and it's been done for years.
My concern was that this was an individual, not a company, or as far as I
know anyway. And when I emailed the UPI (upon proper ID) to him, I
received no reply...

 Also, after I had talked to my bank  people, they indicated that it WAS
possible for others to clean out the account.  In fact, I transfer funds
directly between my bank and Money Market company using that method
without problems.  But the fact that someone, perhaps WORKING for a bank,
can do bi-directional transfers makes me just a bit nervous.
